What is normal penis anatomy?

The penis consists of two chambers: called the corpora cavernosa. It runs the length of the upper side of the penis (look at the figure 1 below). The urethra is a channel for urine and ejaculate. The urethra runs along the underside of the corpora cavernosa. Corpora cavernosa consists of a spongy tissue which includes: smooth muscles, fibrous tissues, spaces, veins and arteries. Tunica albuginea is a membrane which surrounds the corpora cavernosa. Tunica albuginea contains veins which drain the blood out of the penis.
